Which networks do you support?
MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money in Uganda, for collections and payouts from UGX 500 to UGX 5,000,000 per transaction.
How fast can I start?
Straight away in the sandbox: sign up, create a test key, make your first test payment. Live access follows verification, usually within one to two business days.
What do I need to go live?
Individuals provide a National ID and a LinkedIn profile. Sole proprietors add business registration documents. Companies add a certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles, a TIN and each director's ID. Every person verifies their phone and completes a short live video check.
Who pays the 3.5% collection fee?
You decide, per wallet or per payment. If your customer pays, they're prompted for the amount plus the fee, so your wallet receives the full amount.
Is there a limit on payouts?
Live payouts have a weekly limit based on your verification type, starting at UGX 1,000,000 for individuals. Contact us if you need more.
How is my money kept safe?
Two-factor authentication, a tamper-evident ledger checked every hour, funds reserved before every payout, and encrypted storage for identity documents.
